Artist-Only Takedown Authority
Only the verified owning artist can initiate a takedown. No label, distributor, manager, ex-partner, or third party can force a removal — regardless of contracts they may have signed elsewhere.

Identifier Ownership
ISRC and UPC codes issued by MoorMusik are stored under
owner_type: artist. They belong to you, travel with you, and remain valid even if you leave the platform.04
No Annual Fees, No Royalty Cut
MoorMusik takes 0% of your streaming royalties and charges $0 in annual maintenance fees. Permanence is not a paid feature — it is the default.

Counter-Notice Protection
If a third party submits a fraudulent DMCA or takedown claim against your protected release, MoorMusik will require their claim to be verified by you personally before any action is taken. You retain the right to appeal and the right to legal counsel.

Right to Export
You may export your master files, metadata, ISRCs, UPCs, and stream history at any time, in machine-readable format. Leaving MoorMusik never means losing your catalog data.
